All of the indications from what he's said is that he's thinking long term and isn't going to just fire someone at the drop of a hat. He has said before that he wants a manager who will stay with the club for a while to come, and I reckon as long as we don't end up in a relegation battle, Ken's job is fairly safe.

Real have stopped playing since beating Manchester United in the Super Cup. IMO they need to rid themselves of the two leading protagonists in the team, Ronnie and the madman, Ramos in order to become more of a team again.
