    I have a mate who was in Circus Casino a few days ago. He spotted a bloke having a chat with the casino owner, then he suddenly realised it was actually whor' Derek Llambias, so he decided to move closer to try and listen in.

    He heard Derek say that we had already agreed an £8million deal for Cissokho and agreed personal terms, but as he was flying over here for his medical, Lyon got in contact again and demanded £12million.

    Llambias also said that he expects us to sign FOUR more players before the transfer window closes.

    He then gave the casino owner his number and invited him to join himself and Ashley in the St James executive box at the next home game.

    The owner thought he had been given a dodgy number, so once Llambias had walked over to the roulette table he gave it a ring. Llambias then came back two minutes later and, asked the owner "Is this your number?" and showed him the missed call on his phone.

    So, that's what my mate said, and I definitely trust him as he's a sound guy/not a moron, so take it or leave it.

    Can't agree with this bit; a sound guy would've cockslapped Llambias as soon as he sat down at the Roulette table. <ok>

    That bit about Lyon upping the price is exactly what happened with Colo. Lyon's president (I think) said Cissokho was allowed to leave for a pre-determined price (presumably a buy out clause), if we've met that I can't see what Lyon can do to stop the transfer going through.

    He also said that Llambias seemed like a proper canny guy. That's one of the most suspicious parts of it all.

    Promising, I thnik the 4 players he'd expect would be that Maiga, Cissokoh, Elliot and maybe one of them youth players.
