Well I'm going to give my opinion and it seems I will be in a small group who think Radz 7 the set up is the right way to go. The focus will always be on the first team and in this case the pieces of the machine that need attention are:
    1. Tommy can he sort it, will he resign so that Radz saves face.
    2. Back 4 not a settled unit like last season.
    3. Alioski is he the player we think he is.
    4. Dallas is he a LB option or will he be a bit part player
    5. Roofe isnt good enough and last night he was the poorest of the bunch
    6. Grot needs to show fast if hes up to it
    7. Cibicki? seems pointless having Grot, Cibicki as they are not good enough, will they be?
    8. Keeper situation BPF will probably never make it, Felix can he get his form back or is he finished, Lonners isnt Green
    9. Lassoga is either not able to play as a lone front man or isnt fit enough. He does take a good % of his chances though, needs more ball.
    10. Tommy has to be realistic about this squad and dump into the u23s players who are not able to contribute and replace with good quality proven players.

That must have been hard for you to post but I knew you would get it in the end...

PS you forgot to add "Sorry Glory, your assessment was correct all along".

Always liked Pearson & Big Mick and suspect both would take the job with the present DoF system. Lets face it both a prime experienced managers and get the best from average journeymen but also encourage new talent to flourish. Radz says Tommy going nowhere but if this carries on I fear Tommy will be asked to resign before Xmas

Problem for Radz once he appointed orta, is everyone else there owes their fat contracts to orta. When Radz takes the ear of people in assessing the issues he will have a bundle of people pointing the finger at TC not at orta.

As has been said, any replacement will have to accept working with/under orta. That seriously limits the options.

We will get to see how smart a businessman Radz is And whether he identifies that orta’s empire building may be a weakness not a strength.

Or it’s possible that orta And TC have a great working relationship and turn this thing around. That’s football, crazier things have happened!

Morning Shaks. Looks like Tv's honeymoon period is coming to an end. It will be interesting to see whether he has the balls to turn it around or continue down the slippery slope as his predecessors

Morning my comma I think most Leeds fans are running out of patience. We have now been in the lower leagues coming up to 15 years?

Last night i was lucky enough to be given 2 tickets in the Directors box, long story but i know Gustavo Ghezzi, he is working for Rad and he sent me the tickets and was in the Reaney Suite, this is where all the WAGS go with there children and players who are not playing, Cooper, Philips and a few more were in there.
At half time me and the Mrs were having a drink and Philips just said hello and asked how were were (out of the blue) i replied "a lot better than last Friday" and i said to him, who has given Lassoga a kick up the arse, he smiled and said the team is playing better tonight, i also touched on Dallas being at LB and he said its a position that they are concerned over.
At full time we went back into the lounge and watched the players come in one by one to meet up with their wifes and children, i thought they had won, they were playing with there kids (who we thought should be in bed) laughing, joking etc Ayling, Roofe, Alioski, Saiz, Cooper and others did not seem pissed off over the result, one player who did look down and was not mingling with the others was Viera, he was with his younger brother who is on the books and they kept themselves away from the crowd.
I feel there is a problem within the dressing room, and i think Pontus Jansson may be the one (hope i am wrong), he did not appear in the Lounge afterwards and his body language is not right on the pitch, last season it was only Bartley that kept him from having the Captains band, but anyone but him seems to be given it, maybe thats a stumbling point, if it is then he should go, and go sooner rather than later, no player is bigger than the club.

Rad is the best owner we have had since Leslie Silvers and needs the recognition from the supporters, but i think he is a gentle man, who does not like to swing the hatchet, unlike the previous owner who did it too quickly in some instances, TC is definitely on thin ice and he may be parting of the ways very shortly, he seems to have lost the plot.

rotating is OK if its done for a purpose, but changing for no reason can be disruptive.

Jansson is emotional and a known hot head... there are reasons he’s not captain.

As fans we want to see players who hate losing, so it’s annoying to think they don’t care. They should be aware that they’re in an environment where guests are allowed and act accordingly, though they might say they don’t want to be miserable in front of their family.

Reality is though they’re professionals, they’re not fans... we can’t demand tears when we lose... and it’s what they show on the pitch that matters most... sadly this lot arent delivering there either.

brilliant post, very accurate and sensible ... don't see Radz panicking and that's a good thing ... if Tommy ia allowed to get through this and the results come then we will be stronger than ever ... we have good players, we know they can perform, it's now about consistency

We are very consistent I agree. The only blemish was when we won one.

We do not have good players. Name more than 2 or 3 you think are better than bang average.

If TC is allowed to get through this we will not be stronger. On what basis can you seriously suggest we will?

FFS, precious! Attack? Is this more of your fcuking bait nonsense? Or are you actually fcuking seriously complaining because someone posts an opinion that you don't agree with? Who TF do you think you are, Gloryhole?

And you won't be asking for Leeds60 to be banned? Really? This post looks bloody like it!

And who's this poster that's left? Another figment of your imagination? If it wasn't, I'm sure you would have mentioned the ex-poster by name. But you haven't, have you? With your record of lying, it's reasonable to assume you're lying again. <doh>
