Whats wrong with how Rad is running the club .He has bought back the ground as promised he has united apart from you the supporters and we are averaging at least 32000 support each home game.Sorry you don't talk sense at all

I still don't rate the german or grot, If we keep playing him the law of averages says he's bound to score sometimes. He's too slow and seems to lack heading ability.

Agree with every word apart from "If" TC should go... He has to go and take Orta with him.

We lost our best LB OUR best CF AND A GOOD CB and we did not replace them with better players here in lies the problem
I have suggested Dwight Gayle Joe Bryant and Connor Goldson if he has recovered from his heart problem

If Rads is brave enough to say it isn't working and get rid of both then fine, my fear is getting rid of Thomas and not Orta and Rads then finding out that nobody of decent ability and experience is willing to join working under a DOF

Personally I'd get November out the way first before making the decision, if we are looking to replace TC and allow the new guy to make his own signings we need to wait until that someone becomes available.

If it were me, I'd line up Nigel Pearson and get rid of Orta as well.

Further question, why did the defensive coach have to be continental again with no experience of the English system. Everyone was on Cellinos back for this approach yet rad can employ reems of heads from all over Europe and theres no problem. Bests me

I understand your point but I just don't understand why I am being name checked now given all that happened two years ago.
It was all fine until Monday then all of a sudden it started.

I am trying to keep it civil and not get back into it for mine and everyones good.
In short I am trying to nip the sniping in the bud because it will escalate into what it was before otherwise (in my opinion).

I too wanted Gayle, we wouldn't have got him though, he was all set for Fulham and Newcastle pulled the plug at the 11th hour as their target fell through.

I agree we haven't replaced them with better and for me, Orta is more to blame than TC

Problem is though Pearson would likely ask to sign more expensive British players rather than the cheapo foreign types. Would Rad sanction such spending. After all, hes able to fill all the seats at Elland Road at present

Pearson is one of any number of managers that would improve us, but as you say most wont work under a DOF.
I am sure we are already looking at a replacement. Just hope the replacement is British, experienced at this level and with a history of organizing a battling defence and midfield.

McCarthy at Ipswich is underperforming because they wont invest in the team. he could improve our team by 20% with no transfers. If we went for him we would get him. I don't even particularly like him but he would be a step in the right direction.

I think he would, we still have the Wood transfer fee.

For me, Rads is a brilliant owner, he has done everything right so far. It's how he acts now that things are going wrong that will cement him at the club I'm sure. He has sorted out our finances, brought the ground and invested. We couldn't have possibly asked for more.

He is building for the future, right or wrong no more loan signings and half a squad made up of loanees, we have players on decent contracts. Some will argue that is wrong but 4 games into the season who wouldn't have given Saiz and Alioski the longest contract possible?

Rads is a good business man, he won't have got where he is today without making mistakes, he will have got there making them and LEARNING from them <ok>

Its a football club. the priority should be the first team and its quality.
Buying ER only benefits Rad as it increased the value of his asset LUFC by 15% more than he paid to buy it.
So far leaving aside the purchase of ER he has taken money out of the club rather than putting money into it.

Yes crowds are up. 20,000 season tickets sees to that. It was a slick PR campaign but with the newbies you might only get one year to indoctrinate them.

Wait and see what happens to the attendances now the initial euphoria has gone. The none diehards will stop going. In fact season ticket holders will stop going too, although even if they don't show they get included in the attendance figure. From the feed last night there were plenty of gaps in the east stand lower last night.

I'm all for newbie season ticket holders losing interest, especially as they get preference for away tickets over me. Bet not too many of them went to a cold wet Crewe on a Tuesday night in league 1 :steam:

Surely a forum is a place for discussion and to voice your opinion, you can disagree with some ones opinion without criticism surely.

Overall our squad is not as strong in my opinion. Weve been awful too many times this season. Theres a lot of work to be done in January and the summer on the playing front, thats for sure. I think Rad may be up for it but wonder if hes being poorly advised. Dont know tbh
