    Good Morning Everyone

    Sheer disappointment...

When Lasogga scored after 7 minutes,I truly thought that this was the turning point, that our blip was over.

    What now?

We all know Grayson has just bitten the bullet, though he has taken Sunderland into the relegation zone!

Would anyone swap TC for Grayson?

What about Wilder - He's doing a fantastic job with the blunts!

Perhaps some of you would prefer is Colin came back?

Realistically, how many games does TC have left until he picks up his P45 if things keep going the way they are?

What is up with our defence?

Is that where our main problems lay?

How did Dallas perform at left back?

    Where does that put Berardi?

If you had to part with four players that played last night, whop would they be?

Morning Elland and all. Tcs time is up. Lack of experience of English game among other things biting him
In the arse. What’s wrong with defence? No Bartley. What’s wrong with attack? No Wood. Neithers replacements are within miles of the quality of Wood and Bartley. Last years keeper was also miles ahead of anything weve had between the posts this time around. Rad clearly is a shrewd businessman but a serious worry that he knows nothing about football and is totally dependent on others to run that end of things and it’s the only part most fans care about

Morning all. I don't know what is wrong, but I do know that continually changing the team does not help.

Grayson is not the answer, Wilder is a blade supporter and he'd not join us, hated warnock before, during and after his stay with us. He hates Leeds. I really don't know the answer Elland. TBH I don't think any one would take the job. There are too many unrealistic, fickle supporters and any one who does take over will know the pressures that come with this club.
We aren't getting the luck at the moment. A blatant peno not given and a dodgy one given to them. I certainly didn't think Derby were great. We seem to play better away from home(ok a part from wallies. wendies, bardiff) but in general there seems less pressure when on our away trips.
I'd get rid of the german, sacko for a start and also anita and that scum loanee. I'd give TC a few more games to turn it around because at the moment he's all we've got. Feels like groundhog day again at ER.:(

Good Morning to Matt and co from a bright Bardsey
We have to weather the storm stop listening to the doomsters what do they know anyway .As I pointed out they never say sack TC and get someone else named
I think that with AR appointing a defensive coach to help TC there will be no panic
I have often said Grayson was a really good manager but even he met is Waterloo at Sunderland .They are imploding as we did years ago I cannot see how they can stay in this league
    patience IS what is needed

I'm not going to argue with you Glory because you will never change your opinion. You actually sound pleased regarding our situation. I hope TC can change it around, the next few weeks will tell us.<ok>

    and another attack. really?

wj worked very hard to get you back here, the mods lost at least one poster because you were allowed back.
If you keep going it will have all have been for nothing IMVHO.
To be clear I don't want you re-banning and wont be asking for it but you aren't probably leaving the mods much choice.
For the sake of the board and your membership of it I think you need to let it go.

I am gutted we are as poor as we are (although it was always going to happen given how Rad is running the club and what his priorities are at the minute).
If the only way to get rid of TC and Orta and to bring Rad to his senses is to lose a few games then its worth the pain. We are going nowhere with these two running the team. A few dodgy wins would only paper over the cracks and ultimately lead to more of the same.

A couple of points and good morning to all...

    1) Did Thomas request a defence coach? If not expect problems to arise with that appointment and an uneasy dressing room.

    2) EVERY name I keep seeing mentioned as a "decent" replacement would NEVER agree to work under a director of football.

The fault isn't all Thomas, if you lose Wood and are GIVEN Lasogga and Grot as replacements you can be the best coach in the world and you're not going to turn either into what we have lost.

IF Thomas goes the director of Football should too.

Positives from last night: Lassoga put himself about, scored because he was given something to chase for a change. He was unlucky not to get a second, but he too ran out of steam in the last 20 minutes, which isnt good enough. Saiz as usual, Pennington was great again but fell apart as Pontus and him left their player to score thanks to Ayling. Dallas did ok at left back and we had plenty of attacking play down the left. If only we had got a second before half time

For me we need a settled defence as it changes weekly
