Another favourite recipe which most have the ingredients in the cupboard for.

    Posh corned beef hash.

Dice some decent potatoes, par boil. Then either fry them or blast in the oven doused in olive oil, which is how I prefer to do them.

1 can of corned beef. Cube and put in an oven dish. Two teaspoons of Dijon mustard. Lashing of Worcester sauce. Crispy fried onions, diced guerkins. Chuck it all in the dosh and mix it together. Then add the crispy potato chunks into the mix of corned beef. Mix it all together, pop in the oven for ten mins while you fry a couple of snotty eggs.

Serve a mound of it with snotty eggs on top and enjoy with brown sauce. Or ketchup. I sometime late do half brown half ketchup.

I'd only go there if HIAG gave me one of his 40% off vouchers.

Off to a little cafe near me. Nothing too fancy, but all nice home cooked simple food. Local fish etc.

Ask Chief Tel, he knows all about it. Personally take a bottle, ice, and soda. Method: Open all and serve all three together in the same glass. Repeat until the bottles empty or you fall over.

You must have posted on the sadly closed GC omelette thread?
I used to love posting there, some great egg based cooking tips. Thread of the year, 2015.

Some whiney **** called Toby moaned so much it was eventually closed.
