My better half is banished upstairs. Strictly come dancing isn't coming on my TV. She can watch those sort of things on a smaller Tele.

During the war a French serviceman in England got pissed up on his way back to the barracks. He fell asleep on the train. He woke up suddenly and thought he was at his station as the train had stopped. He opened the door and fell straight out onto the tracks in the middle of nowhere. Looking up he exclaimed "C'est magnifique, mais ce n'est pas la gare".

Meyler probably won't play as badly again as he did today for a long, long time. Having said that I think he single-handedly lost us the match today. He was nowhere his man for their 1st and 2nd goals, he gave them the penalty, I barely recall a single pass going where it was meant to, he was caught on the ball more times than I care to remember. His ineptitude unbalanced the whole midfield because he couldn't be relied on to do anything properly.

that penalty was iffy and could just as easily have been a freekick to us. both players' feet were in a tangle on the ground before there was any contact, it just happened that meyler lifted his foot first.

He clearly didn't have many ounces today, he was appalling. Shame, because he's been the total opposite the last few games. I was actually starting to like him. Ah well, he ****ed that one up.

I absolutely agree with missed opportunity statement. We could have been an established mid to lower placed team in the Premiership by now.

    Hmm. Now back home
    How I saw it...

I arrived and the stupid ****ing swipe turnstile ****ing things ****ed up again. I think someone very skinny or very fat went in before me because the turnstiles were in a half open position. I pushed them to get in and they got confused and wouldn’t let me in...Shambles and not for the first time

    Very respectful for Sir Les

We looked pretty good at first I thought, attacking wise anyway, but I’m never comfortable when we’re defending

Some people threw tennis balls on the pitch. It was very funny...I liked it. I did think squash balls would have been more appropriate, but apart from that I have no criticism to make

Game carried on as it had before

    They scored...good goal

    Crowd were ****...far too quiet

I didn’t think Meyler was as bad as people said on here

I don’t know what Henriksen is for...to try and find out I genuinely watched nothing but him for 8 minutes. I still don’t know. He drifts away from the ball, doesn’t look like he really wants it and gets wafted off the ball by the air currents created by other players

Bowen is very good...we’ll sell him in January

Some people had kept a tennis ball back...sneaky...they threw them one at a time to stop their goal kick. It amused me greatly and I was disappointed that only three people had thought of it

We lost...we deserved to lose...the division is **** really, but we’re about half way between least ****test and most ****test

    I need a beer

our midfield is the worst midfield I've seen at this club, it's not even close. And we've had kamil Ghilas

Embarrassing thread this so I've renamed it.

Apart from bridcutt and Vaughan who I thought had retired. I bet no ****er knew any of their team.

    Shocking team selection. Shocking subs.
Shocking performances from just about everyone.

Nah that's bullshit. Aina is a good player, just not as a defender.

I'm of the same opinion unfortunately.
It really doesn't effect me if we lose now just a shrug of the shoulders.

But predominantly the 2 ****s in charge. The petty, small minded, vindictive, bullying bastards.
