I'm with CB & TBGWTDT on this. I use the York when I am staying with my sister in Chiswick and think Dermot is doing a good job there but I am not sure he would want this splattered about. We all know it goes on, usually by word of mouth but some free advertising is not always a good thing.

 

This has been tested in court recently by a landlady oop north, she won, that's why you see pubs advertising it now.

 

Hi northy The lady was actually down south. Portsmouth. the ruling was not legally binding and will no doubt be tested in the court so it might still be better to keep heads down on this one.
