Ironic really. The FFP rules were brought in in an effort to stop clubs from going bankrupt - how will fining them in this manner achieve that? Leicester and Bournemouth next up - interesting times ahead.

What? Bournemouth? But I thought it was a fairy-tale and they had got promoted on a shoe-string.... It's a tough one really as they knew the rules and gambled on promotion would stop any troubles!
What they gambled on was QPR not ultimately being found guilty. They have done something very similar and expect to get away with it by way of a successful QPR appeal.

Well the football may not have been of a high standard, but both the result (a 3-1 win for the Vale) and the spectacle were enjoyable - and the beer was delicious. I hear Aberdeen were woeful...
