Give with one hand, take with the other I wish it was Blairs, i'd take a piss over the **** as they were lowering him down the hole on his way to meet Beelzebub and his witch of a mother Thatcher
Glad you agree that your backward theory that people always vote the same way forever is total bollocks.
Corbyn promised to abolish tuition fees and to deal with student debt but sometime after the GE he denied saying that he would look into student debt. Abolishing tuition fees is costed in the region of £100bn which he knew he couldn't afford but when did that ever stop socialists spending outside the country's means.
Not wanting to get involved in this spat, but I'd love to see a link to back up your allegation that "Abolishing tuition fees is costed in the region of £100bn". I think you'll struggle, however, if you replace the words 'tuition fees' with 'current student debt', you'd be closer to the mark, I think. Or keep your original allegation & replace £100bn with £9.5bn. It's a true adage that tories never let facts get in the way of a good bit of propaganda, and your allegation underlines this.
Boris saying "£350 mill a week to the nhs" ring any bells? Difference is he "won" a vote.... Just to be clear he did say it and repeated it last month when he tried to mount the coup.
DBC as you say the different sources can be confusing, as you kindly provided your links here is the link to the NATO presser https://www.nato.int/nato_static_fl2014/assets/pdf/pdf_2017_03/20170313_170313-pr2017-045.pdf
Morning Jock and it's a fair point because lots of things get said in the nature of trying to win votes. I remember reading it in paper report a few months ago, I've found this Indy report which values current student debt at £100bn, abolishing tuition fees £9.5bn as you said which I'll give you as it's the right and fair comment. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...-university-costs-jeremy-corbyn-a7831556.html Labour haven't a clue how they're going to pay for dealing with student debt, surprise, surprise and makes them sound like responsible socialists.
Again I'll post this link and highlight a section for you It’s true that he promised to “deal” with the problem of people who are “burdened with student debt”. But this was just one sentence from a much longer interview. The full context is important – and has been ignored by many critics. https://www.channel4.com/news/factcheck/no-corbyn-did-not-pledge-to-abolish-student-debt And it's not about finding 100 billion more like a further 55 billion as the government did not expect 45% of Student Loans ever to be repaid so should have already budgeted for this loss. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-26688018
Thank god we have the Prudent Tories to remind us there is no magic money tree https://www.forbes.com/sites/timwor...mean-buying-the-necessary-votes/#17b722b426e3 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/201...-works-could-cost-61-million-double-original/ https://www.ft.com/content/d5efd3a0-b32f-11e6-a37c-f4a01f1b0fa1
Firstly dbc, I wasn't lying, I provided the links with the information that we both read / heard. I did mention I wasn't here to argue with you but to just reply, there was no need to go down the "stop lying" road. Granted there is fake news out there, even fake news has to have a source they can twist and turn around to suit themselves. According to the first 2 videos, Babis is the new Czech elected Prime Minister, maybe the Czech republic have a different transition time to others. I think 2 out of the 3 top parties, could be 3 are sceptical about the EU. The half Japanese party leader obtained seats in the Czech Parliament giving him enough power to call for a referendum. 3rd video shows how long scepticism towards the EU Parliament etc has been going on. Videos also mention anti immigrant parties rising in Austria and some other countries giving them the power they need. Right now, it's not looking good for the EU and EU Parliament, this is what Juncker and Merkel and co were afraid would happen after Brexit was called. The EU Parliament and some of it's members screwed up big time, the NWO won't happen, even though the Rothschild said the NWO plan would be completed by 2018. The second video says George Soros says he is the God that controls America and the NWO, I think Trump will continue to have something to say about that. I think the EU and its Parliament are in trouble, rising anti migration and EU parties in different countries are fast becoming a big thorn in Soros and the Rothschilds side. NWO will lose.....
