What about sweet chilli sauce and a fried egg? Although I thought teacakes were sweet? It's a while since I've had one, but the ones I remember wouldn't go with cheese or marmite...
Sweet chilli sauce and a fried egg sounds good. My top snack used to be cheese melted on toasted brown bread and topped with mango chutney...delicious.
Aye that is a bit of a contrast. It almost like "ah well we've had a good run ****ing you over, and we're not interested unless you're going to continue to let us" I know I'm just getting old, but all these £70-£110 subscriptions for TV, there is nothing worth that is there really? I love my sport, I love my movies, and I like the glossy TV shows on Sky Atlantic like GOT and Ray Donovan or comedy like Curb Your Enthusiasm. However I can't justify these silly costs. I can afford it but I would rather spend the money on my daughter. Or prostitutes.
But they're the only airline not to charge for whisky/gin on transatlantic flights, which goes a long way towards making up for it.
Doesn't make much difference when you turn up to the airport (twice) and they have cancelled your ticket.
It's terrible value for money. They are greedy bastards. I had phone, fibre broadband, all channels, sports channels, and 2 extra rooms hooked up in the house for that money but it was still too much. Most channels are showing repeats anyway.
I've cancelled Sky (well, the contract runs until January) but I will still have the broadband and landline (which years ago used to be called a telephone). They will charge me £38 a month...given that I don't use the landline, I will be paying £38 a month purely for broadband. What a effing rip off. That will be the next to go.
Everything is going in Feb when my contract is up - will get Plusnet for BB and that is it. Maybe Virgin ****e for BB if they do BB only without telephone.
All these bastard channels...I can remember when we only had three. And they were in black-and-white!
On the contrary. I often have to refuse as her head obscures my view of the TV when she is on the upstroke.
Aldi is the absolute nuts for wine. You can rock up at my local Aldi and you'll always see a few folks with their burlap Waitrose bags browsing the booze. Including me. Their Exquisite Aussie Shiraz, Fire Tree and Falco Rosso wines are incredible for £8 a pop. Notice they now do Barolo and Chateauneuf Du Pape for around £13. They now do a "Fever Tree" tonic alternative an'all, and it's identical - for half the price. And their bourbon is better than a JD/Jim Beam. Not sure about iPhone; I'm right back at 5s but think I'll be moving to Samsung or Google.
