Read about that in The Sun, sounds similar to other stories about footballers in that there are threats to keep it quiet from those in the clubs. Sadly, ridiculous amounts of money and arsehole footballers who think they're something special seem to attract the girls despite the danger...
Is that a woman or a Barbie doll? Without in any way condoning violence towards anyone, rape etc etc, I do tend to agree with this lady. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/03/10/women-get-drunk-must-protect-against-rapists-judge-says/
Another blonde big eye browed attention seeker I'd never seek to justify what her alleged attacker did but why the publicity now but no complaint to police at the time? This detracts, in my view, from those ordinary women (and men) who have been abused and don't have a media source willing to pay for their story because they are "ordinary"
I agree too. Sadly, there is a small number of men who cannot control their sexual urges and, perhaps encouraged by drink, are prepared to force themselves on women. For their own self protection, women need to be aware that these vile people exist and not leave themselves vulnerable. It's scant consolation to a women that's been raped and traumatised, that the offender is caught and sentenced.
I don't think it is clear. In the paper today 50% of women said they had been sexually harassed. My wife is someone I met in the office and I don't think I could be accused (with her anyway)
There is no common sense. Fact is that when human beings are attracted to each other there is some degree of flirting that precedes a relationship. One woman messaged 5Live to say she wanted no personal comments of any sort while at work - nice hair, nice dress etc etc. Sterile world devoid of humour and normal human interaction.
It does seem to have got to the point where one could innocently put one's hand on a female's back to, say, help her up a step or through a door and next thing you know she's screaming "sexual harassment".
Of course it doesn't Col.... but even I ( yes short round Beth) has been "accidentally" groped in practically that identical situation....when 20 years younger admittedly. It happens.. Sexual banter in the work place happens. (That too has happened to me) Sensible people know when a line has been crossed. But it takes a strong person to say to their work superior you have crossed a line, when their livelihood is at risk (please note this sentence is not gender specific) But going back to the article....there again I wouldn't get so drunk I passed out in a premier league footballers bedroom......
