    Unconfirmed but sounds like he didn't save a penalty, did his trick of booting the ball up into the stratosphere and got a second booking.

    He got booked once for unsporting behaviour after Mills gave away a penalty for hand ball. Having not learnt his lesson, he was then booked again and sent off for doing exactly the same thing.
