Yes all right LTL you were first to say it. But I don't think there can be any denying it now - Marco Silva would have been a much better fit than Puel or Pellegrino.

Yep, Silva was my choice to replace Puel and watching Watford play like this is bloody hard to swallow given the dross we've been served up.

It's not just appointing a good manager that the Watford hierarchy got right, though. They also recruited, what, five or six players in the summer. When you've just had a poor season, that's usually quite a good idea...

That Doucoure looks a player too, he's their Lemina. When I took Skylarker to the game at St Marys he said after about 5 minutes he looked a player... Then he went and scored not long after.

Although if you look at the game as a whole, Chelsea could have been out of sight first. If Fabregas just puts his foot through it, rather than trying some stupid deft lob as if they're already 5-0 up and the finish doesn't really matter, then the game could have been over there.
