On the brink of becoming the most successful British driver, what an achievement. Hope he stays in the sport for a few more years yet.

 

I understand that Lewis may 'take a knee', as Americans so vomit inducingly put it. I wonder whose he'll take.? It means he'll go down on one knee, of course. I thoroughly endorse the gesture of putting himself into a kneeling position, it's the language that drives me up the pole.

If he thinks it'll make him more popular he'll do it.

 

Or he could do it as he believes in the message?

I think it Was Mercedes who got that tweet removed .

Imagine the fall out for Mercedes if he takes the knee . I am very confident their loss in car sales / reputation would be massive .

Hamilton is a divisive character, but bickering about whether he will be bending the knee is a new level of stupidity. Its like arguing for arguing sake.
Please, lets stick to his proper character floors like his arrogance, his party life life style, or his stupid nose stud, there's plenty there to be getting on with.
