As someone said earlier there is more to football than playing well and its the goals and score at the end of the game that counts. I did think Newcastle were poor but if you can play poorly and win its usually a good thing in the EPL. As for us, it was 1 game there were positives Colback was excellent fort half and Sess was superb. The transfer window is still open so there is time to get some players in. Am I pissed off yes, am I going to get the piss taken all night tonight by my brother? yes I am. But I support SAFC and it was 1 game. We also had one perfectly good goal stopped by Larsson's hand, and more posession and far more shots on target. You were outplayed. Perhaps not in the first half, but definitely overall.

Just watched the first half on SS totally outplayed Newcastle every department. Ending with Gyan skimming the bar. That dirty twat Taylor should have had 2 yellows already not just one. Then there would have been no flukey free kick goal.

So a shot which is launched up into outer space and wide to the left of the goal is as important as one where a shot goes flying towards the goal and just gets knocked over by the keeper? Pointless argument.
