Gents,we go on,me included, about our "owners" selling our best players.
But,if our "best" players do not want to be sold like cattle then why do they not say " I'm happy here at Swansea I do not want to be sold on"
More questions than answers.
More money elsewhere for the cattle.
Greedy b@stards with no loyalty.
Troy Deeney as an example I salute you sir.

Good points.
We have our own candidates.
I suspect different players will have different motivations.
Ashley Williams stayed for a good length of time but surely took a retirement plan to Everton (with a chance of playing in Europe).
Sigurdsson may well have nada guts full of the nonsense going on at the club and also wanted a better chance of silverware.
Davies, Chico, Vorm just got shuffled on.
Amat wanted respect and game time but was persuaded to wait n extra season before forcing the issue.
Llorente wanted European glory again.
The fact is that any ambitious player will only come to Swansea to enhance his chances of a move to a 'big club'.
Our season in Europe and high placed finish the following year would have encouraged some to consider us a good option but now we are home to prospects and Championship players.

Because they are under contract and we own them....If we had any ambition at all we would say nothing doing. We decided to sell and that is not saying we want to improve is it....Jesus gilfi called all the shots and so did Llorentti and i bet cork never had an option either, no kingsley or anyone else. The yanks said sell for profit and we did.....Pathetic really and a kick in the teeth for the fans who pay good money..

Ash dropped to the bench by Everton......He has been poor to be fair <laugh>
Ash , part of a defence that's allowed 13 goals in 8 games and rated 10th on his team at whoscored . Siggy , part of an attack that has scored 5 goals in 8 games and is rated 14th on his team .... he has no goals or assists 8 games into the season .

With all the free to sign defenders available looking for clubs (including chico) we go for another yts cheap option.....What an ambitious club we are....<laugh>

Shame - Clement doesn't trust VdHoorn so it will be Mawson until he leaves in January :-(
We all see things differently or perhaps some notice things others don't but I prefer Mawson to VDH as I think he is more of a footballer and can forgive him for his mistake against Watford as I think Mesa's error wrong footed him
