Is Liverpool United most overrated contest in sport?

I can only imagine that it's because everyone wants to see Mourhino's negative, dull football get ripped to shreds by a proper team.

Honestly, United are the most boring side to watch in the Prem, when they come up against quality. That is why Mourhino will never win the league again.

 

So do you stand by your claim spurs v arsenal is the biggest game?

Arsenal haven't won the league in over a decade. Spurs haven't won the league in over a long ****ing time.

Spurs v Chelsea is the big game nowadays for some Fiya!!

Arsenal v Spurs for some more Fiya....and some neat footy on show too.

Man U v Pool was a cracker....then Fergie left.

It became a massive non-event as soon as Benitez got sacked.

The combination of Klopp and Mourhino has turned it into the consummate bore-fest.

United v Liverpool is still the biggest match of the season - especially for Sky, and the foreign market. Maybe not so much domestic fans as it is just way too over-hyped

United v City is catching it up though simply because City is having a sustained period at the top of the table so becoming a league rival as well as a local one.

I do miss having a real rivalry with Luton but it's almost become irrelevant now as no idea when (or if) we will play them again. We don't really have that rivalry with anyone now. Some fans from both Watford and Bournemouth have tried to create one after the time in the Championship - but they mean nothing to us really. The London clubs already have their own rivalries and Stevenage (and any other Herts club) aren't considered any kind of rivalry either

 

Spot on. Domestically fans dont give a **** about it, but worldwide its by far the biggest game.

 

It's all about bragging rights in the office on a Monday morning in Jakarta.
