    Yeah - they're 100% right.

Problem is, I can hardly hear them in 16th from our top 6 berth.

Thats about the only positive to take out of it.
Between them, burton, bolton, and sunderland we should be safe.
Ten more wins is the first priority.

    Sticking with the car analogy

Howya Davy. I hate playing Reading, mind numbing boring team to play. But as the home team it's up to us to break them down. Hernandez should have been subbed and not because he missed a peno. Roll on the next match<yikes>

Well, it's a long journey when we win and an even longer one one when we lose but, feck itsexcruciatingly long when most of the team don't turn up.

Lonergan, leagues better than the German kid but.... he can't reach the half way line with a kick! One of our more knowledgeable posters (Ristac??) pointed out early season it looks like a TC tactic to hit Ayling as often as possible from goal kicks and I just don't get why?? What is he supposed to do with the ball at head height on the touch line? Flick it on to someone as lightweight as Roofe? Why? It always comes back at us or is a throw in to the other team. But today, Lonergan at least tried to launch it but just gets no distance. The Reading Centre Halves were meeting it with their feet never mind their heads!

Ayling - worst game I've seen him have in a Leeds shirt. Ran into alleys, poor touch and decision making and lack of pace clearly exposed.

Jansson and Cooper - excused, too much passing across the back for my liking but neither were bad apart from Cooper getting caught in possession trying to carry it out from the back once in the second half.

Berardi, not the way forward. Unerringly good for a little guy when the ball comes at him in the air from 50 yards but offers nothing going forward, you don't want him in possession and stops skill or pace with a lunge. Sometimes it's a booking, other times it's an early bath.

Roofe, I'll say it again, always looks like he is playing in a training match - can't think of a single game he has owned.

Saiz, feel sorry for the guy, would be awesome in any decent side.

Phillips I struggle with. Really want to rave about him but he has to earn it. Strolls around like Saiz and Hernandez but that is totally missing the point about why he is there.

When Reading scored, Ben said that was a foul on Hernandez. Maybe it was but I just said to him yes but, if you spend all game falling over, the ref won't give it when you need him to sometimes. Always got a little inside pass in his game to unlock a side but equally capable of going missing when things liven up. Love the idea of him, Alioski and Saiz ripping teams apart when it clicks but the real world is, when teams refuse to roll over that can very quickly backfire.

Lasogga, sorry son, we need a lot more. Offered nothing, no pace, no goal threat, no link up. I apologise to Mark Viduka for likening you to him, I was premature (as usual <laugh>). Worryingly, he reminded me of Doukarra in the second half. They had a corner or throw in, ball came towards him and was his all day long. He jumped but somehow shrank and the ball went over him and caused mayhem around our six yard box

Subs, Dallas, too late to offer any fair judgement other than I know he would have given more than some of those picked before him. Grot? Sorry just no for me, can't see it. Sackho I have given a hard time to in the past, but, to be fair, only because he is ****e <laugh> anyway, joking apart, he was exactly what we needed, an outlet, something to make WJ (were you there??) and the rest of the East Stand get up and believe. But, much like last year, he did it for five minutes then started to drift infield, why?? WTF, surely TC should have said, hug the touchline, pull Gunter out where he doesn't want to be and stop making Silicone Valley thinking they are Brazil.

TC? Jury's out. If he is good, he will solve what all us experts are moaning about.

Finally, I didn't forget O'Kane, far from it. Leeds MOM for me but I was musing on the way home, 11 Eunan O'Kanes wouldn't win this league (although we would certainly have a better keeper than Weidwald) but neither would they go down. Therein lies our problem, we really do need to keep our quality and invest in the odd Matt Ritchie if we are serious about going up :emoticon-0148-yes:

Happy rest of the weekend all

Fair play to you son, belly laugh of the week goes to you for lecturing someone on who they should "support".

Quiz question, open to all. Who commentates on Radio Burnley?

That looks a lot nearer to the actuality than the overoptimistic drivel you were posting a month ago.
Just one area of disagreement. TC is not and will not ever be a decent coach at this level of the English game.
He will have us in a relegation dogfight unless he is sacked before Christmas.

If Cellino was still your owner, he would have been sacked this morning <ok>

But is Christiansen the problem or is it Orta?
Christiansen didn't sign below average foreigners because of a few step overs on youtube!
Giving these players 4 year contract is just plain daft!

    Agreed.
But its TC that has tactics that even we can see are one dimensional and easily countered. Thats bad enough but to keep repeating the same errors is plain stupid.

It was obvious even before kick off from yesterdays line up how we would play and what they outcome would be. Its very early to have lost the dressing room but it looks to me like the players dont want to play for him.

**** coach leading poor players isnt usually a recipe for success. DOF never works unless you can buy world class players with huge money.

Just an honest assessment of what I saw yesterday, no more no less. A month ago I genuinely thought we were excellent and, hopefully we will be again. Confidence is a funny old thing.

Where has the leeds team gone that played in August with skill and good football sooner than we had a right to expect? Skill cannot just disappear, my impression is that the team is lacking confidence and leadership.
