A quick Google and I feel like I need to share a rule of thumb with you. I never watch a film with a group of teenagers in it.
Whilst I see where you are coming from, there is The lost Boys? The Breakfast Club? American Pie? They are all decent films
I was about 16 when I watched Lost Boys...that was good, for a 16 year old. Never seen the rest...no doubt because I applied my filters.
Watched the Lost Boys last week. Great film. Generally, films starring gangs of teens are pretty **** though, I will give you that. There are just the odd few exceptions.
The big budget ones churned out for cinemas yes but the following are superb/very good. Kings of Summer The Way Way Back Sing Street Submarine Dazed & Confused Mean Creek Garden State Superbad Juno The Sandlot
You need to sort that out, Dazed & Confused is a cult classic and one of my fav ever films. Kings of Summer is also high on my list.
Yeah seen Dazed. Love that film Milla Jovovich is hot af in that film. Love the nerdy guy who gets made a fool of by that bully **** at the beginning of the party and as the night wears on and he gets drunker and drunker he slowly eggs himself on to stand up for himself and punch the guy, even if the bully did belt him back...at least he stood up for himself.
I am currently seething . Paid extra for a Blu-ray to be delivered today , got home a while ago to find the card that says a signature is required . So now I have to wait until I get home tomorrow
