I think the reality is wales started the group badly and were always playing catch up. I think bale being out was the issue?

Neither is Ronaldo or Messi!! I reckon it can't be complete then.

Not that they are in Hendo's class :bandit:

That's the trouble with them being a one man team.

I'm hazy on the detail but Wales took the lead in 4 of the early qualifiers but failed to hold on to the lead in any of them. That I suspect is where it fell apart. I also think some of the players got ahead of themselves after the success at the Euros.

I see Tim Cahill's still putting them away for the Aussies. I thought he retired years ago. <doh>

Two good headers aswell, very typical of him. He's 37 so fair play.

We are pretty toothless without Bale. Not much pace or goal threat in the team without him.

Fairplay to the Irish though, most of them were a good laugh in Cardiff and was a good piss up afterwards with them even if we did lose.

Very dramatic intro to the story, like he's a great manager and they're a top club.

What a surprise. The Manc with the chip on the shoulder goes to the club that wants to be from Manchester.

There is ****ing zero difference between Oldham fans and utd fans. Cos frankly if the league allowed reserve teamsolham would become Utd reserves tomorrow
