Overnight oats for this puritan this morning. Had coffee, vanilla whey and chia seeds all mixed up in there. Tasty.
It's far from consistent, trust me! First time I've tried these, they were very nice. I try to have a healthy breakfast most days but on Friday and Sunday tend to have a cooked variety of some sorts. It's the ****e I eat and drink in between that's the problem!!
I'm similar, I eat well for the most part but like a drink on the weekend and will get a takeaway at least once.

I kept mine in check, it wasn't daft, tattooed mad Roy Keane beardy long but had enough on the goatee area for it to be quite thick and lush! Any random horizontal hairs were obsessively removed with the clippers. I just started trimming yesterday and went too far and the next thing I knew I had started on the goatee area too and it went down the drain. I like it short again though so no big deal.
Mine had got a bit out of hand without me realising it, as I'm long sighted and hadn't been wearing my bins when trimming it lol I stuck them on and realised it was a mess, so I waded in with clippers with a No.1 guard on, and it's now designer stubbley which I quite like tbf.
