Got to say it, well done the Irish lads, O'Neil is a good manager, I enjoyed listening to that game more than watch the England game last night.
Always happy to watch a contest where the 2 sides have something to play for but I genuinely don't give a flying foook who wins!
I don't have any particular preference between Ireland & Wales - In an ideal scenario, both would've qualified. Despite the significant anti-English sentiment that often comes from their sides, I would like our closest cousins to succeed and, in this case, will be willing on the Republic against whoever they're drawn with.
Hahahahahahahahahaha Nothing more annoying than a welsh supporter after a win. Congrats Ireland Let's get o'dowda to the World Cup Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Interesting - I went to Uni in Cardiff and encountered anti-English rhetoric and prejudice on a scale I have never seen anywhere else - in fact, if it occurred the other way around in England people would end up in court for inciting racial hatred. In the couple of times I have been to Ireland I was made to feel very welcome - very warm, hospitable people. I do know that some people have experienced the opposite though - I think Redprintt had a bad experience over there (?) but I certainly didn't.
When you play like that luck does not come into it. Lots of gallant heading and hoofs into orbit. Rather have Lee Johnsons football ...100% ... There you go Lee.
Nothing more pathetic than an English supporter after a loss. Sent from my laptop using my fingers......
It’s upsetting for them as they know deep down they ain’t true Brits like us. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencet...n-German-French-DNA-Romans-left-no-trace.html
R&W - You have a good memory, won't ever forget the 'welcome' our group received in Johnnie Fox's pub in the mountains outside Dublin. Or the train journey south of Dublin with Irish residents. Mam was from the Valleys so I was hoping Wales would win, alas it wasn't to be. It's impossible to not shed a tear when the Welsh sing Land of my Fathers. Ironic, that the Poppy non wearer scored the winner.
Not for me, don’t mind ROI and NI joining us but laughing that the welsh and jocks will be watching from home
