    Had a haircut today and put on a fresh pair of underwear..

    Was nice having the snip on my head instead of inside the body. Got a treatment care plan for the prostrate lads, get the even better news next Thursday about the abdomen..

    You know what, I am pumping, bring it on, lets all smile and dance to a classic, the only thing we are guaranteed from birth is death, no good for sentiment just keep ya chin up, keep smiling and be strong for every person you love in your heart..<ok>

    Proper tough week, shaved £2m off a 2nd fix budget for one project which was pure effort... feel like I've aged about a 10 years in a week.

    So now I'm gonna have a pack of Brewdog and a couple of Sam Adams and kick back with some Ed Stafford Left for Dead.
