If you trust them they act trustworthy not wanting to disappoint. If you're suspicious or controlling they're more want to rebel since you think they're like that anyway. I'm not entirely in agreement with milk although i know her going on a holiday with a guy wouldn't bother me (maybe when i was younger). However the fact that you have told her it bothers you and she hasn't taken that into consideration would be something that has red flags all over it and i can see why you'd be pissed as she would probably get pissed at you if you went off with a lesbian mate for 6 days.

In uni I've been in platonic relationships, and with exception to @Nozzer 's sexy body I'm 100% straight. I've been on holidays and even shared beds with female friends with no hanky panky.
Also, have to point out (no disrespect to @FedLadSonOfAnfield ) we're hearing only one side of the story. No matter how accurately one person tells a story they can only say it from their own perspective. I do tend to believe the best intention of anyone until I hear their side. Yes, I'm an optimist.
