It doesn't matter how many times I watch I can't understand why the England/Premier League players are paid what they are, and why anyone would think they are worth the money.
Rashford making a ridiculous decision. England will be lucky to get out of the group stage in any major tournament...
Doesn't matter who the coach is. Love Southgate though, would love it if he was the man to bring (relative) success.
I think we're ****ed until we overhaul the entire system, down to grass roots. Plus you can't say that for sure, good club managers don't always make good international managers.
That's my point, just because he wasn't doesn't mean he won't be decent at international level. Like I say though, it's irrelevant really who the coach is as our problems are engrained and run deep at every level.
Nothing like coaching an underage side for a long period? Don't get the Southgate hate. Totally unwarranted imo and in era where it's fashionable to say the players and coaches lack passion, that's something you can't throw at him and at least he ****ing cares. Give me him over a Capello any day of the week.
Not hate, he is just boring and hasn't achieved anything. We haven't had a good England manager in years.
