Heck of a job you've done there mate.Fitting your own carpets takes some skill.
Not sure about stainless steel handrail although that's probably because I get electric shocks off everything even when I shut the car doorI'd go for something like this, best of both worlds

You can see my bathroom floor & two bedroom carpets that I fitted there too
Ignore the wooden bannister rail, that'll be stainless steal when I get around to it!
Think I'm gonna find me a footie forum - this DIY board is dull.

but it was pretty obvious something was getting at me and she was like you're really quiet, what are you thinking about etc etc to which I reply 'the taste of this peroni'And you didn't get cold.
So 'stuff' did end up coming up with the girl last night ... ooh err
Guess I'm **** at hiding my feelingsbut it was pretty obvious something was getting at me and she was like you're really quiet, what are you thinking about etc etc to which I reply 'the taste of this peroni'
Anyways she brings up the 'us' conversation and ultimately ends up sobbing on me, in the moment I also somehow bring up that i'm not happy about her going on holiday with a man (gay or otherwise) which is true, I don't think that's how relationships should be ... call me traditional but not homophobic, it's not about that, it's simply an issue of principle and respect
Anyway I guess I took pity on her and didn't want to ruin her trip so when she started with the 'We can do x, y when I get back. If that's what you want?' I just stayed silent and changed the subject to Facebook cat videos
Great times !!
lol sounds like **** could get ugly once she's back. Sounds like you've checked out of this "relationship" already.
The tears are out before you've already told her its off

Yeah sort of agree. Best for all to end but she is pulling the tears.
I would say the old social media needs to go on ignore and then just cut it off.
I'm not friends with her on facebook, she has some other stuff like instagram which i never go on
I'm not somebody who spends a lot of time on **** like that anyway, too busy
sorted then so she's not penetrated your inner circle
I don't speak form personal experience but experience of a young lad I know and try to help out that he had a complete and utter psycho head who bought him christmas presents 6 months after he dumped her and changed numbers etc etc
I'd ignore it for however long her holiday is and frankly, you know her tactics now. It will be the tears on demand effort so IMO its not scummy to dump via texts when you know thats what you are facing.
I'd never normally advocate that approach but the waterworks as a tactic to avoid a conversations she brought up herself says manipulation to me.
