So who instigated the change from 'unsocial hours only' to all the time (except for matches and other events)? Was this a revised security issue? Or was it the fact that closing it full time would have the added effect of annoying Hull City Council as it would all but make their pathway redundant?

That’s the thing ain’t it, and my point. We’ve seen certain notables on here point blank refuse to apologise when they’re wrong, act like ****s towards fellow fans and act in a manner they accuse the Allams of, including displaying open contempt of fellow fans who call them out on it.
