well you are not wrong we would need to be doing that around the grounds but we can only gie what we can give.

I reckon you can score for sure. Its about us taking chances and having faith in each toehr to not start lashing aimless shots form way out which seems to be IMO what is driving our large shots taken stat but also our low shots on target stat

I think you'll score as well - you'll get at least one corner or free kick, which is as good as goal against us anyway. We'll create at least five chances, maybe as many as eight: not sure we'll score though.

 

We really need the win here with Utd coming after international disruption.

The bright spot is that's them for quote a few months.

The bad thing is sky have been able to put us on Saturday at 12 after every break.

 

Can't stand them - you're just starting to get back into the swing of the serious stuff and it's disrupted all over again.

 

Going back to the Salah discussion, he misses a fair few sitters, but he is always popping up in the right positions time and time again - he certainly does not shy away from chances. That's a big positive! He's arguably the best player we have right now for being in those right spots for tap ins and followups - what you'd used to call being a poacher, except that's not even his game! He should bag 15+ this season and with Mane and Coutinho looking like getting similar plus Firmino is bound to pick up form again, we're looking good.

I really like him and he should only improve as he adapts to the English game and develops as a player.

I'd expect a win from us today, but Newcastle won't be a pushover and they'll definitely score at least one.

I would agree. Getting into good positions all the time. I think if he fails to get 15 there will be something wrong.

Strange, what's going on with him? I would much prefer him to Moreno.

 

Good that Sturridge starts - think he’s better suited to these teams than Firmino, and I think Firmino could benefit from the rest.

 

To be fair, Moreno has played well and deserves to start. Robertson will get his chance

 

Oh and Can as well - needs a rest or a kick up the arse.

 

Has he played much better Hahn Moreno though? I wouldn’t say so. Maybe Klopp knows something we don’t.

Just think it’s harsh that he’s not even on the bench
