this guy was full of **** during the match - he's still full of **** after as well

Just a pity we have a break now, would like to carry this confidence through to the next match.
don't agree we have injuries and knocks to nurse - Campbell & Bowen today were a worry plus Jimmy '2 weeks away' Evandro and Kevin 'answer to City's defensive midfield' Stewart would be welcome additions..

big wins..

Whitby 8-4
Kidderminster 6-1
Southampton 5-0
Fulham 6-0
Brum 6-2 & 6-1
Scunny 5-1

there was another one last time we were championship, think it was a 5-0.. anyone remember?

Last three games - goal conceded

Reading 87 min
Preston 88 min
Brum 91 min

starting to become a habit

Excellent win, enjoyed the game against a very poor Birmingham team. Need an away win now question is can our defence hold out when put under a bit of pressure? Enjoy this win its not often we get six.

1958 apparently.
City put 9 past Oldham in 1958, but there were only five scorers.

Today was only the second time ever that City have had six different scorers in a match - the previous occasion was our record victory against Carlisle United in 1939, which we won 11-1. The scorers were Dickinson (3), Cunliffe (2), Hubbard (2), Davies (2), Robinson and Richardson.

I was at a game in 1958 and we beat Oldham 9-0, not sure whether it was league or cup though. One of the first games I ever went to.
