    Umm Virgil for Hoedt? Can't say I agree with that, Hoedt was brilliant at Palace.

    Really odd to drop Hoedt, one of our better players so far, commanding in the air and only left footed CB we have. Surely Virgil can easily play RCB especially being right footed etc? Odd move.

    I suppose it's because Virgil is just back after an 8 month absence from the pitch so it's safer to pair him with a teammate he's familiar and has an understanding with.

    Torn over Wesley. I think he and VD could be the new Claus and Svenson, but to me Yoshida has done nothing to get dropped.

    Still wish Gabbi for Redmond, but the back is looking good.

    Really tough on Wesley that. Maybe he's still feeling that knock from last week a bit? Would definitely have started him against a team like Stoke.
