On the topic of Klopp and Bayern. He has said in the past while at Dortmund and again when he joined us that he prefers a project where he has to develop players than instantly buy success. I think at the time when he joined us he said he would have had no interest in joining Chelsea.

Ridiculous, if Sky Sports do choose Christmas Eve for the game the only way to get it postponed is for Arsenal's stewards and security staff to boycott the game, then it can't go ahead on safety grounds.

 

Shouldn't have to come to that. The police have to agree and it should only take them 15 seconds to conclude it's not in the interests of public safety to have thousands of people stranded with no public services.

Don't think anybody should be questioning why he was in Amsterdam as some seem to be

Nothing wrong in doing that on a day off to relax and go see a concert, and he was heading back to his hotel at 11pm when the incident happened

He's never done anything that suggests he isn't anything but totally professional

 

seems to have been a concert with a lady and the taxi crashed. its hardly ben stokes or wayne rooney stuff

Several broken ribs could be an exaggeration but I can't see how a seat belt worn properly would do that so either he had no belt on or he had it under arm.

It seems to me that speed had to be at play plus seat belt issue.
