The rumours seem to converging on him signing for Renault and the other teams not being happy about it.
According to Sky . Gaslight will be going back to fight in his current championship , and kyviat will be back . Not sure if for the rest of the season .
I think Austin clashes with his race series, so Kvyat will be back for then. I expect PG to see out the rest of the races assuming he doesn’t do anything stupid.
Can't say I blame them, either the complainers or Renault. They could have a Merc engine with RBR aero next year.
I agree , but I wonder how many teams are secretly think " sneaky bastards , why didn't we think of it "
Thb... I haven't got a clue who would want/take him. He's an absolute liability and could potentially cause utter chaos on both ovals and street tracks. I don't recall Chilton being that much of a liability.
yep, seems it's between Massa and Kubica as to who gets the seat, Di Resta testing at the same time to give a benchmark. He should also be in the running imo, but I can't help feeling his whiney countenance has cost him sponsorship money, something that will always come in to play at Williams until they are at the sharp end of the grid (if they ever make it back there). Though I doubt Jolyoff Faceplam could ever raise enough for anywhere other than Sauber.
I can understand the Kubica option because it will create a media frenzy and fan appreciation which will benefit associated brands - new and existing. DiR I just can’t see the logic in, might as well keep Massa.
I think Di Resta is a better option, performance-wise, than Massa, but, sadly, I don't think that's really the focus at Williams. £££ and someone to hold Strololol's hand seem to be the philosophy, not unlike Ericsson at Sauber, though Stroll is now starting to look like he belongs in F1 (silly accident aside), Ericsson never has and never will, the only time he looked good against a team-mate is when they gave him all the updates and made Kamui race with a broken chassis.
