Right Private Buddie Hero, you are off dot counting. It is now letter opening for you. You can open all the letters but for the ones with the caveat that it is for the addressee only Your narrow understanding of things is making me feel really bad for you. It isn't a feeling that'll last. You are the smartest poster on this site...... If everyone else decided not to post <this is a caveat you thick ****>. I'm not tired yet Buddie. And no, I'm not a liar. Don't need to. Don't see the point. I'm just much much smarter than you.
It would appear that you do not understand the concept of parent and sub-forums. Let me give you another example: http://www.not606.com/forumdisplay.php/156-Non-League There are two sub-forums: Lincoln City and Stockport. This does not imply that there are only two teams in English non-league football. This does not stop fans of other teams posting in the non-league forum.
OT is in Old Trafford, Rebel. The clue is in the name. OT is in the Borough of Trafford, which borders the City of Salford
I understand the concept perfectly well. I things to be compartmentalised. without a specific place to put it a post spanning 2 divisions I elected for GC. I trust you shall be sharing the same advice in the thread about Arsenal?
You claimed that "there is no place else to put it", there is, a place specifically intended for the discussion of other European leagues. If you think LOI deserves its own sub-forum within that section, I suggest you make a request to Mike. Just trying to be helpful.
He can talk about League of Ireland on here if he wants to, just like he often talks about Cricket on here with no one batting an eyelid. And BH's stipulation that you can only support teams close to where you were born is ******ed. There was a group of lads who played 5 a side in my street, should I have supported them over Celtic, afterall they were the closest team organised where I grew up. Maybe BH should support a team from Kent then instead of Glasgow since that's where he lives.
Manchester town hall is bang in the middle of the city centre, 3 miles from OT. But Salford Civic Hall is in Swinton for some reason, which is about 5 miles from OT
All these sports related threads do clutter up General Chat though, I was merely pointing out to him that you had thoughtfully created a place to discuss other European leagues for the half a dozen people who are interested.
You're reading too much into this, I saw your words "there is no place else to put it" and helpfully pointed you in the right direction.
