He is never fit to be sold or go out on loan. Started pre-season then sprained a finger! Came to us injured - doubt any team would take him which is why he stayed. He may spout off but you won't get the management saying anything.
The sprained finger tells its own story... There are two sides to every story, but you're right - we won't get to hear the other one. I wonder if he 'had history' of this at his previous club? Is anyone here a confident enough French speaker to pose the question on a fan's board?

Bit of pot, kettle and black from Mr Redknapp here? Made a name in his management career of buying in bulk and from all over the world!
I wouldn't mind betting that if you asked him to name six players from his last club he wouldn't be able to - he's had so many clubs that he's probably already forgotten which his last one was.
I have to say I am getting a bit fed up of the "Watford change their players every year" bandwagon that many jump on with out knowledge or research. Others will listen to that or read and then they will also roll out the same rubbish as if fact. We have 18 players that would have been considered part of last seasons first team squad (injuries aside) still at the club and still considered part of the first team squad; Gomes, Janmaat, Mariappa, Kaboul, Britos, Kabasele, Prodl, Cathcart, Holebas, Cleverley, Pereyra, Doucoure, Success, Okaka, Deeney, Zarate, Capoue, Watson There have been 8 signings since last season that would be considered part of our first team squad; Gray, Chalobah, Hughes, Richardson, Wague, Femenia, Carrillo and Karnezis. I reckon many clubs have signed more than that. Plus 6 of the 18 players named for the West From game were British, I bet there are a few teams around with lower than that as well.
And that is without Chalobah/Cathcart! Its funny about signings because teams cannot win - if they buy too many its "they won't gel" but if they don't get man its "will the squad have enough depth" As for Zarate - I wonder if we will see him again in a Watford shirt unless there is a need to call him back in January?

An interesting read about one of our South American loanees in Spain - might he be here next season? http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...nee_starlet_making_name_for_himself_in_Spain/
