3 points off the top of the table after 6 games and they sack him? I know they lost badly in the CL, but its only 2 ****ing games in and he won the first game! Craziness. http://www.skysports.com/football/n...-munich-sack-carlo-ancelotti-after-psg-defeat
Not so much sad for him as amazed that Bayern did that. He won the double last season (League and German Cup) and they sack him 6 games into the new season when he is 3 points from the top of the table? I mean ffs, even Mad Dog Roman gave him an entire season after his double win before sacking him
Yeah ok they lost pretty badly to PSG last night, but PSG have like half a billion pound in attacking talent in their forward line
He'd be a ****ing awesome appointment for Everton if Koeman was **** canned. Always rated the man and always will.
They won't get a new manager in that's better IMO. Serious rebuilding job needs to take place there to get them back to being the "3rd" club behind Barca and Real.
Not for much longer if results keep going the way they have been. I had you guys down as top 4 challengers this season. Early days I know, but its been a terrible start.
I think he turned the corner last Saturday tbh, a classic piece of footballing irony and luck, that could see the season turn for him We were never challenging the top 4 without signing a top quality striker to replace the big Belgian mate.
Well you got Rooney back, I know he isnt the player he was, but he can still score. You got a great keeper. You got Gylfi Michael Keane and that dude from Ajax. Figured you would probably not score as much, but everywhere else you strengthened, or appeared to at least.
It's a good squad, but it's a bit unbalanced and we've not clicked yet. We'll gather momentum as the season goes on imo, but we won't be bothering the top 4.
Bayern are massive. If they want a manager that's in a job then they could still get him so long as he's not named Zinedine, Jose, Pep, Antonio or Massimiliano.
You just named all the managers who could be considered as equals of Ancelotti. Anyone else is substandard. The guy has managed Juve, AC Milan, Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich..... And won trophies with them all. Thats an amazing CV!
Im not saying otherwise, but if they want someone like Pochettino or Simeone then they might stand a chance.
