Where's the jealousy in calling clubs that break the rules cheats? Its supposed to be a competitive sport not to have certain clubs try to stack all the odds in their favour and it's not as if Chelsea do not have a history of doing this sort of thing, they just think that they are so rich rules don't apply to them.

I have no idea why objecting to City spending a £390m in 15 months is a sign of jealousy. Pep had Debruyne, Aguero, Silva and Kompany when he arrived and then spent a massive £170m ... to come 3rd after winning his first 11 matches. I have no idea how this is a sign that Pep is a great manager. His response to yo last season's failure was to go out and spend another £220m this summer...and he tried to spend a further £65m on Sanchez on deadline day and after that failed City had a hissy fit at Arsenal! Pep was brilliant at Barcalona. He did well in Germany but he failed last season and anything less than the premier league title, a domestic cup and a semi final appearance in the CL this season will be a joke. No club in history has spent that sort of money in just over a year.
