I'm not sure some of these votes count. We have votes from people who aren't even on here 99% of the time. This place would be a whole lot more lively if they would get involved on a daily basis. It seems the thought of Fredor has engaged them. That speaks volumes about his importance to the forum...

Why should we unban three of their members if they aren't going to reciprocate? And their members fully deserved their bans whereas some of our lot didn't.

Chippy keeps telling us that a lot goes on behind the scenes.....have our Mods engaged in conversation with the mackems to effect a like-for-like debanning?

The big issue is the absence of the decent Mackem posters and no one seems to have picked up on this.

The thing is, a lot of our posters were sick and tired of the likes of Fredor they chose either not to post or leave the board. Why let the banned posters back on?

Would propose that referendum closes at 9pm today. Then decision will be made.

 

Why don't we charge them a non refundable deposit of £30 to come back on our board, then if they still enjoy the " warm glow " thread after 1 month they can pay an annual fee of £100 to become fully fledged, 6 fingered members.
We'll use the proceeds for a Christmas p!ss up and send them pictures of the excellent time we all had at their expense.
If they as much utter a word of complaint ban the bastards again.

In all seriousness I wasn't well vested in this forum around the time of any of these bans except Fredor the great. I don't reckon he needed banning like, sometimes he would resurrect a thread purely just from our lot giving him ****. Other times he might ruin them, but I like those odds.......

Its the absolute repetition by a mackem on our board that pissed off people. Plus mackems go into hiding when the going gets tough hence no chance of 'payback'.

 

I'm not so sure Fredor could resist even now though. We're the family he always wanted (Newcastle fans).
Fair enough mind, I found his defiance in the face of every defeat on this forum to be amusing. Why don't we unban him and just send an onslaught of Sunderland stats, I'd like to see his reaction.
