I don't think Warnock had anything to do with Cellino milky, McD was manager / coach when Cellino took over.....
Another classic from Sparkey pal "shagging turnips".....what will they think of us...what are we like?" A good game looming with Bluebirds winning a tight game 4-1
Afternoon all. I'm worried for this one. I can see a bit of a thumping here, but I also said the same when we played Villa. My heart says 2-1 Bluebirds, but my (highly pessimistic) head says 1-2 Leeds with Hernandez to net both. Plus we have the bogey of the Sky cameras at the CCS . Either way, I think it will be a good game. Safe trip to all you fans making the long journey .
As said many times, they're all worth 3 points but this game has a particular significance. With Wolves away at Sheff Utd on Wednesday, a big chance for either team to put clear water between them and the rest. Early enough in the season not to be decisive, but with Cardiff having another home game next up and Leeds away at the Wendies, it could be a huge result. I don't think that will be lost on Warnock either. I don't believe what he said about "as long as we're in the top 6 by the international break" being OK. He'll know he has a good chance of a top 2 slot and a decent points gap cushion to the 7th place club is the target. On the back of that I think we'll take this one in a tough but enjoyable game. Hate predicting actual scorelines but I doubt there'll be more than a single goal in it.
We need to shore up the defenceWarnock will have made a note re Ipswich first goal which was school boy defending I would have Jennsen back for this onewith Shaunesey
Pontus surely to come back. We don't look the same without him. We still haven't conceded with our first choice centre backs playing together (Pontus and Cooper if they are considered first choice) so that's gotta be the pair for me this game. I'd be very tempted to rest Hernandez this game, either Dallas or Roofe taking the spot.
We have a really tricky run of games coming up. If we give as good as get on the whole up to the end of October I'll be a believer. It's my new personal marker in the sand for our season.
This makes a good read,if anyone hasn't seen it read on. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41386409
tough test at Cardiff, always is for Leeds ... the boys will have to stand up to the physical test, not too worried about quality from the Bluebirds ... Warnock will have his team firing for this one, but if Leeds press the way they pressed Sunderland and Forest they will win ... Berardi is a fcuking liability, when will people see that for all his passion he still can't stop crosses and was woefully out of position for Town's second goal and yes, haven't forgotten, fcuk Millwall Radz is God
Just going to leave this here: Lassoga didnt tell Tommy that his wife had a daughter on Friday, until after the match. He will also be back for Tomoz game, I call that commitment to the cause
usually i like your posts but to me the goalie and lack of pontus cost us on saturday.how do you base your assesment.is there a link i would like to sse .
Sunderland and forest let you play Billy, Cardiff far less likely to. Given the disaster at fcuk millwall, this is a big test. I'd take a draw happily tomorrow... and I'd really like a performance, because since the burton demolition we haven't really been on song.
Come on now, you're hardly miles ahead of us now are you , 3 points could be the difference between us tomorrow
Aye, quite true Tom - but it could also be 9. Whatever happens tomorrow, Warnock will prove his worth over the season - history tends to repeat itself. Johnson is on a bit of a roll at the moment, the same as this time last season. By January you were all (most of you anyway) calling for his head.
