Does anyone actually venture over to their ****ey little insular board anymore? I remember when they could take a bit of banter. Perhaps this little period has reinstalled a bit of humility to their ranks? I realise they won't have developed any banter past "grunt grunt er 6 in a row grunt grunt". I think if they spend much more time in the bottom half of that "easy league" and I will have to go and stick the boot in - it would be worth it just to know how much it hurts. Each "6 in a row" would amplify the hilarity.
As you all know, I am banned from their board (not that they gave me a reason, not that I even did much, not that I give a hoot) but they totally deserve everyone on here who can be bothered and isn't banned to gently remind them of how grotty and horrible they and their team are. I do think their numbers are dwindling every day over there...run away mackem run away.
Sunderland's league record at home for the year 2017 so far....Played 15, Won 0, Drawn 5, Lost 10....Goals for 8, Goals against 27, Points 5 out of a possible 45. Home win ratio 0% 
While it can be fairly quiet over there I do like perusing their match day threads. They can be fairly depressing but occasionally you come across a little gem like this from this weekend.
It was only 4 months ago they were saying that about relegation from the Premier League!

I've just had a look over there, its like a ghost town. Same old patter, same old six in a row. The boot is firmly on the other foot now and their silence on here speaks volumes. Run away mackem, run away.

That's why it's such a good thread. It allows us to take the p!ss until our heart's content with the knowledge that our multi digited brethren get so wound up by it.
The other serious point is we save ourselves needing that de-lousing **** ( to quote Morgan Freeman ) by not having to venture onto their board.
Sooner or later they will be looking for their next six in a row derby win against United.
