Its clear the Tories have something to hide,if they had proof that their allegations and "facts" about that terrible day were true they'd release the documents in an instant. But they clearly have'nt and as Thatcher is fast approaching her date with the devil they want to give the old witch a state funeral with all the trimmings before her hatred for the city of Liverpool and its inhabitants becomes public knowledge.
Agreed, I imagine if these documents portrayed Liverpool fans in a bad light and made the police look good they would've been released ages ago.
Well Raaaul mate they can wriggle and squirm for now but the truth about the Thatchers government's involvement in the cover up will soon be be public knowledge,and hopefully go towards giving the Hillsborough families closure after years of government torture caused by the miles of red tape they deliberately tied the truth within.
Added my signature first thing this morning. Bit of an argument going on over on the Newcastle board as to whether the whole JFT96 crusade should be dropped (noticed Raaul popped up more than once), but I think most fans can ultimately understand that if was their team, their fans, they wouldn't give up until proper justice is brought about. Wouldn't know but hopefully somebody put a thread up on them sites. And yeah, I think some visitors might have signed it. When I first put the thread up, there were about 4 visitors so hopefully they signed it. This issue has been getting a lot of publicity lately with many people putting it out on twitter so we should get to 100,000 signatures. JFT96.
You could share this on the Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest boards. They were part of the tragedy to.
I do agree but they aren't any fans on the Wednesday or Forest boards so it wouldn't get any signatures from the Forest and Wednesday boards.
I think you should put this thread on all the boards, most fans are decent enough to do not be spiteful about it.
