Just have a few wraps of the Cornish Blue and you'll get through it no probs lad, you won't even need a tent
Actually...the rest of the lads will tell you...its win win...if it's beautiful weather then it's awesome...if it's nightmare weather a good sensible group makes for over the pint hero stories which are even better lol
what's the highest hills/mountains you've all done I've been up Snowdon, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, some Monroes, Croagh Patrick in Ireland amongst others
if they're rubbing at all on any level you want to make sure you wrap your feet properly or properly get them broken in otherwise boy will you pay i got some new shoes before i went on holiday - city break, lots of walking - last year and **** me did i pay when i realised they were rubbing and hadn't brought another pair of shoes, never ever do that again, lesson learned
Aiguille du Tour ...was prep for MontBlanc but weather came in and could edit: Not do the big one... beautiful weather and easy enough because I was fit and healthy... 3500M I've felt more satisfaction out of Snowdon via Crib Goch on a windy rainy day though.. believe it or not lol ..
And that's my point...ive done Alpine climbing and all but one time in a lightening storm it's been easy.. I had much tougher and frightening times in Snowdonia and the Mournes...like proper I might not get out of this stuff...and that was just getting caught hiking in bad weather or being delayed until dark stuff.
it's alright you can just get the choo choo on snowden with the weaklings had a girlfriend i went there with once who wanted to use the train, that was when i decided i was dumping her
Mweh...it was honestly hiking rather than climbing on that route.... most of my friends at the time were doing serious stuff...i started too late....thank God lol
