if they're rubbing at all on any level you want to make sure you wrap your feet properly or properly get them broken in otherwise boy will you pay

i got some new shoes before i went on holiday - city break, lots of walking - last year and **** me did i pay when i realised they were rubbing and hadn't brought another pair of shoes, never ever do that again, lesson learned

Aiguille du Tour ...was prep for MontBlanc but weather came in and could edit: Not do the big one... beautiful weather and easy enough because I was fit and healthy... 3500M

I've felt more satisfaction out of Snowdon via Crib Goch on a windy rainy day though.. believe it or not lol ..

And that's my point...ive done Alpine climbing and all but one time in a lightening storm it's been easy..

I had much tougher and frightening times in Snowdonia and the Mournes...like proper I might not get out of this stuff...and that was just getting caught hiking in bad weather or being delayed until dark stuff.
