It is racial stereotyping though isn't it? Black men have big dicks, Jewish people are tight, Asian people are good at maths, native Americans are all stoic silent types we see in the movies - they're all common myths/stereotypes. Most harmless but some offensive to the race in question.

Not sure there is any need for racial stereotypes. If it is ok to link big dicks to black men, is it also ok to link black men to being lazy? Or because one is positive it's ok?

Stereotyping will exist ad infinitum until the end of time. I suspect it's useful and evolutionary efficient to associate attributes into groupings. It saves us time and much danger to note that a sabretooth bit off Eric's testes last week and ravenously entered his body like a meaty puppet, hence going up to this sleeping one in the hope this is a pleasant kittykat who just wants cuddles, is probably a bit in vein... it saves us time and risk to know that the lass from that tribe from down the road stinks of fish, so her sister probably isn't going to be a better bet.

I suspect, if it were acceptable to actually investigate this kind of academic theory or discourse given the political agendification of today, it would be obvious that we are inbuilt discriminators. Most jokes from ancient history to today involve making fun of a stereotypes. It actually fulfills a social functionality and builds relationships, which is partly why our species has been so succesful.
