Just wondering if theres any 1 out there that thinks our glorious owner IS running the club in the correct manner? getting the debts down not paying over the odds ect ect.Personaly i think he is a greedy fat twat,wouldnt be surprised if he is tucking into a huge pie, laughing his head off this very minute

He's trying to do the right thing, but is going a bit OTT about it, especially if this Simpson rumour is true and the way they treat Harper.

 

It's funny how people rate businessmen as OK because they have made a lot of money. Many of them are good at one thing: spotting a bargain (on a grand scale), but who are thick at everything else. In addition, they need to be bereft of all moral scruple.

On a business side, yes he is doing a good job, but for a football club, he isn't focusing on the fans as much as he should - he is thinking 90% in the business side - keeping us afloat - and 10% for the fans, but it should be at least 50-50

 

Nonsense. Fans know absolutely nothing about the realities of football.

Usually, I'm on the fence with Ashley, but idiots like the guy who made this topic make me hope he'll continue running the club the way he has.

 

I honestly think the main issue is the communication and lack of football knowledge...

Financially we are stable which is more than most can say...

If Sheppard had stayed in charge we would be bordering admin now...

in the area of transfers yes we could have been on the ball more.. i think they need to become more educated in how football is..

Nolan did a good job for us he got the goals fair enough.. but most of those was feeding off carroll.. he became a weak link in alot of games.. if he was as **** hot as people think he was.. he would have gone to a prem team not a championship one.

Incoming transfers we have bought smart... im happy with this.. i do not want to have a merc team again.. we have been there and had the money grabbing flops we dont need to go back. look at cabaye.. 4mill for the captain of the french champions and a french international. tiote.. what was it 3.5mill for a godlike man. ben arfa 5 million thats insane for a player of his talent.

yes we need a LB yes we need a Striker... could we have done more yeah sure.. but we still have 2 weeks left of this window.. what should we weigh up our options and choose carefully or splash 10 million on another albert luque or 6 million on another marcelino?

we have a football club to support and honestly a pretty good squad of players atm...

sure we could have done without some of the bollocks, but this guy is a very good businessman who just needs to learn football and to talk to us. let us know whats going on and learn to understand us.

in a few seasons we will be turning profits.. when we do... i think thats when we should judge the man and his actions, atm i firmly believe alot of the choices need to be done to get us to that point.. its difficult to take but it something we are going to have to put up with a little longer....
