I think they've been too good with figures. Portsmouth have Championship status, but only a poor ground and no resources. Yet, people come in and throw a bit of money around and then move on. You have to ask yourselves what they were after. Football clubs are central to their communities and dodgy characters can just come in and play fast and loose with the fans emotions. Look at ManU, another share issue on the Stock Exchange with no one any the clearer if this will make ManU more competitive or just line the pockets of the Glaziers.
