sort your self out mate you have your own board. come here tomorrow to wind us up if you win now thats fair
A bit of common sense and maturity in amongst the rest of it. This insular looking "don't want mags on here" "don't want mackems on here" bull all smells a bit of incest. Something wrong if you can't have a debate and bit craic with the other side. Looking forward to the game and don't really mind joint threads, mackems on our board or anything else. Its just a public discussion forum afterall. I might not be around to comment on the aftermath if we lose though and particularly if the new lads don't show some bottle!
I'm against banning per se, and although Chappaz can be an annoying so and so, he doesn't use racist or abusive language, and therefore I feel a ban would be unwarrented...If people find him so intollerable, they have always got the option of putting him on the ignore list.
Believe it or not I never come here to wind anyone up or to WUM. I won't do it tomorrow either even if we win. Not my thing. I just have strong genuine footballing opinions and they regularly clash with the opinions of others. As a result, everyone over here thinks I'm an arsehole. I wish they would. I'd rather be on the ignore list of 80 mackems if it meant I could come over here and still have a bit of banter/debate with the few left who don't wish I would jump off a cliff. Anyway, derby tomorrow
Chappaz, you're not a bad 'un, just a little bit over-enthusiastic perhaps as you tap away your thoughts with mag tainted spectacles ...most can hardly find the time to keep up your posts. please log in to view this image Go find something else to do FFS!
With my mag-tained spectacles and all of your mackem-tainted spectacles I'm honestly not surprised that I rarely ever see eye-to-eye with anyone on here. Maybe a time when we can discuss unbiased football in piece and harmony is nothing more than a foolish pipe dream... Mind you, it's made 100x worse by the fact that it's derby week, and whilst I love a good debate, it's difficult to shake off that Newcastle bias which clings to me and grips my very soul. Daint worry though, I'll simmer right down once it's over.
No wish for any banning or having to put people on ignore. Ignoring someone doesn't work as you would still see others responses to their posts and you would be sitting wondering WTF? The attempted drive by wumming in some threads by the Mugs I find amusing as the majority are fail merchants. And my fellow Mackems spank their arses and send them on their way. My whole point is the proliferation of joint threads, where you can't tell them to do one as the thread is on their board too. Perfect example being ***** Tash's fail thread, where he gets his arse smacked by his fellow Mugs. If he had tried to post that just on the our board everyone would have ripped him a new one.
you're entitled to be biased mate, as anyone is about their team, i just wish this game was over, i've had nowt to eat today, i'll have no sleep tonight and i'll probably have about 6 ****es in the morning. Tomorrow's game i'll probably have my hands over my eyes for the whole 90 minutes and i ask myself why. Only this fixture could get you divorced on sectioned in a lunatic asylum, hope the next 24 hours fly by as i can't take it anymore
Were you drunk yesterday? You were ****ing raging last night and now you seem much more calm and constructive today. Almost like a different person. Same! Honestly, I haven't even thought about the points in this match. Possibly getting 3 (or losing 3) points to add to our tally hasn't even crossed my mind. Just goes to show how different this game is compared to any other.
maybe in a minoritory here, but a ban? no if we cant live with this, well its a waste of time...............over senstivie...
Why would have to have been drunk? Not a drop of my finest malt had passed my lips. Everything I post is calm and constructive. I wasn't "raging", I was, as per the thread title pissed off, then you again felt the need to get involved. Telling you to **** off, isn't raging it's me telling you to **** off! Which like bonnybobby I felt quite entitled to, as this is a "SUNDERLAND" thread not one of these multiple board threads, where if you don't realise it is on both boards, one can end up feeling a right tit. I understand your problem Chappass having to come on to our board for some intelligent conversation, it still doesn't alter the fact that even family over stay their welcome sometimes.
and that, to me, is the problem, comment yes but sometimes we would like to have a debate, on our board with our fans. You can be like a bad rash.
I've put him on the ignore list, as he recommended. First time I've done it and it disrupts the flow of threads, even more so when people quote him in their posts. but it's a small price to pay not to be corrected in my opinions or to be lectured at.
