    Why would they bring home tickets outside the stadium after they were in . They should have sold them before entering

    How does anyone know how many 'fans' are travelling and how many members of the 'public' are travelling?

    you cant stop people flying and if 20,000 Germans fancied coming to London today for a walk..no one can stop them.
