Is it my imagination or is Mauricio getting more obscure? I find it harder to follow his thought process than I used to. And his smile looks less natural....perhaps he's getting fed up with the press.
Totally jumping to conclusions......but Virgil will be starting this weekend. Lets see if tv camera's & a big crowd can stir his loins.
I just hope the manager learns quickly about the physicality of the premier league. Some seriously baffling decisions from him so far already. Needs to be more reactive when we are playing terribly. I think our players looked unfit against Watford as well. Interesting times ahead
If VD is fit, I'm sure he will start. Can't see him bringing him in for his 1st start vs MU & won't want to wait till Stoke. If he does, who's out?
Or 1-0 to Palace me thinks; the sacking could not have come at a more inconvenient time... RH will get them organised and playing a style they will feel more comfortable with and that organisation will bamboozle us when we eventually get the ball into their half after playing through several square passing phases across our back-four. Not being a tad pessimistic or anything the like!

What were the decisions? Not trying to start an argument or anything but team selection has been pretty spot on so far for me.
I don't think he's been brave enough. In that 0-0 with Udders we had two forwards on for like 7 mins, and one of those was Shane, so I'm not sure that even counts!
Indeed, however there was a discussion on here (on some thread or another) about whether he should be given ten or fifteen games before the board acts. My eyes started to bleed at that point so I didn't contribute. Vin
From what I saw live against Villa, I think he needs another game with the kids to get match fit and get his touch back I would stick with Stephens and Hoedt
