Aye, admittedly, I have only had one side of the story all my life.
Milton Keynes has a HUGE Bengali community.
At School I would say at least one quarter of my class was Bengali, maybe more.

Whenever i go to a place like say...Devon....where it is predominantly English..the Bengalis always go and set up and dupe the locals with their version of curry. Id rather starve or cook at home. Never have i had a decent curry cooked by a Bengali..you can tell Shamima that.

I will tell her this, she will go mental. haha

Pretty much every curry house in MK is run by Bengali's.
I may have to venture further afield to see what I am missing.

Interesting indeed. Not sure if I'd love it or hate it.

I love chorizo but would I put it in a blender? Not so sure.

You don't put besan in a paratha man.

Did you learn cooking off a Bengali?

    They use a camp fire?

Most people I know use an oven or a hob. Bengali's sound ****ing weird, not met one yet myself. Maybe the fake ass Indian dude at the take away but he's keeping stum.
